Can i build muscle without weights?

What are some good exercises to build muscle without using weights or equipment? I don’t need to look like a bodybuilder, i just want to be muscular.

I have found that the best exercises for my abs is the bicycle, and i also use the “ab wheel” – that little wheel with two handles on it. Now i just need exercises for the rest of my body.

I know it says no equipment, but rockclimbing is amazing for your body. Ive been doing it for about two months and have noticed my arms and abs are really toned, its amazing.

A push up will work your chest, tris, biceps, back, shoulders, and forearms. A ‘sissy squat’, will work your thighs, legs, and ****.

Well, one of the best exercises for your upper body is the good old push up. You can vary the width of your hands, point them out, in, etc., to get every muscle. There are tricep dips for the tricep area. You can do squats for the glutes, though, they are more affective if you use weights. Lunges are great for the whole leg. Calf raises work well for your calves. One easy way to compensate for not using weights would be to use a backpack filled with books or something else heavy. You can use that for the squats and lunges to make them more affective. Good Luck!
