I work out. i do aerobics (with my dogs) but i cant seem to get rid of this little puffy section of my lower belly. i tried reverse crunches and those bicycle crunches but it wont work. do you have any suggestions? i have no equipment so i can only go the old fashioned ways. (use my body, chairs…)

Tight crunchess
Crunches work the top part of you abs. try and lay down straight and hold you legs straight 6 inches above the ground, then when you get better at that try to slowly liuft your legs up and down.
Also diet and Cardio to lose anyfat!

I’ve read a ton of articles on this and to be honest I’d love a better answer for myself but they all agree that weight control is the only way to get your lower abs to show.
Ignoring this for exercizes sake I’d say have someone stand to where you can grap their ankles and lift your feet and have your partner do leg throwdowns. This is a great ab workout in my experience.
