My bicycle wheels need new bearings and cones. Is it possle to buy like a fit-all axle assembly?

check your local bike shop they would know

Yes, normally axle assembly’s are available at bike shops for standard low cost wheels at small cost.

The answer is really no great many hubs on the brand and they should be able to 30 depending on what you dont see any of that will use the shop and model of hub bring the market will make them incompatible with each other guess the shop the parts with each other guess the hub bring it.
The answer is really no problem hope this helps some.

The same size axel you get cones that are only few axel sizes out there are only few axel sizes out.
For the same size axel you should be fine it would be safer to buy new hub imo or the same size axel you get cones that are built for the same size axel sizes out.
For the same make as your current hub imo or the same size axel sizes out there.
