Way to exercise biceps without equipment or dumbbells?

put your legs on a higher surface and do lots of push – ups

it works for me

Fill two empty milk jugs with water to use as dumbbells. I think a gallon of water is eight pounds. Use sand if you need more weight.

For girl can even do floor pushups do floor pushups on flat surfaces like tables to.
For girl can even do floor pushups on it to clap which personally find dangerous but if you want to be strong id say go for it do floor pushups do random pushups and down on flat surfaces like tables to.

My mom is a personal trainer and I am wanting to be and we agree that you can do bicep curls with soup cans, water bottles, and milk jugs with milk, water or sand. I hope this works for you! Good Luck!

Chaturanga Dandasana, or “four limbed staff pose”. It’s like pushups, but you hover with your biceps parallel to your body.

It will work not only your biceps, but triceps, chest, abdomen, and other small muscle groups.
Give it a shot! It will help you also learn what areas you may need to work on that you weren’t aware of!
