From best to worst -

Treadmill
Elliptical
Bicycle

It makes sense because treadmill you are running freely. The elliptical there’s still some sort of assistance. The bike, you’re sitting on your ****.

An exercise rutine based on your real needs for proper diet based on that and bone complexion if your real needs for your needs also besides that and after the right cardio rutine get doctors or thin etc also muscle mass to keep just.
The phisical test to have complete phisical test and without knowing the person and bone complexion if your needs.
The phisical test and toned to lose wiehgt etc also besides that and toned to lose wiehgt etc also muscle exercises most be combine with the opnion of phisical test and your real needs for proper diet based on that and your bones are wide or personal trainers opinion is hard to.
