The Voice of Reason asked:

I finally took the idiot sticker off my swingarm the other day. However, there is still a small lair of white adhesive residue that I can’t get off with anything… any suggestions?

Tried gasoline? Kerosene? Something will take it off…you just haven’t tried enough stuff yet. I haven’t found any adhesive residue yet I can’t get off with something.

Goo Gone and a plastic scraper worked for me.

STOP….

Nothing abrasive…you do not want to scratch the arm with sand paper or toothpastes.

Use Isoprophyl alcohol, or normal rubbing alcohol.
It should disolve the glue.
