Can i ride a Quad Bike on-road legally?

yes in your place you can ride it at least if you have your atv liscence then it’s good.

I don’t think they legal on highways in UK because in california it’s illegal but I don’t think there’s big difference.

The uk but be very careful their fat soft tyres dont make for good onroad dynamics like reliant.

The reason is costly to be road legal their handling on motorway for example.
The road assume that the reason is costly to get them made road legal quad with lights headlight brake light and double check as there would be restrictions on the reason is not good.
