ok the foot pedal on the right side of the bike is the lever to the rear brakes, on the opposite side is the shifter 1st gear is all the way down up is neutral then seond etc. the clutch is the left hand lever, always opposite hand as the gas and the right hand lever is the front brake, since you are a beginner you need to know that you only apply equal or lesser pressure to the front brake to the rear. for me, it was a lot easier to learn how to ride after if learned how to drive a stick in a car if you already know how to work a clutch then its pretty basic, if you can’t i recommend you start there. good luck
