As long as you use speakers mounted on your bike or dont use noise canceling headphones, every thing should be ok. But using external speakers may cause you to be pulled over and fined for public nuisance!!

The bike mounted radios or ipod type earsets the situation sometimes do enjoy your music if you feel it fits the ipod versions are not harming others it is.
