Cris asked: Be careful not to spill oil on the floor. If that happen, take it out immediately.
In hard winter days, sprinkling water on the corridor or slopes is dangerous because it could freeze.
11. Clean specially buildings’ backside, workplace’s corners, around the machines and equipments, low light places, dusty places, toilets, dressing rooms, dinning room, kitchen, etc.
12. Cars, bicycles, bikes, etc. have to be parked properly at designated parking areas.

Eskimo asked: What are some good exercises to build muscle without using weights or equipment? I don’t need to look like a bodybuilder, i just want to be muscular.
I have found that the best exercises for my abs is the bicycle, and i also use the “ab wheel” – that little wheel with two handles on it. Now i just need exercises for the rest of my body.

ifoyo asked: rivers. Pontoons with paddle wheels built in to turn generators to produce electricity 24/7. They could be enlarged with exercise equipment in them, eg bicycles, connected to the turning shafts. Useful exercise. Pontoons could be chained to the river banks to ride up and down with the water levels.
I have seen small scale of same on ranches in the west. Nonpolluting, cheap, connected to the grid. Easily maintained.
