For short distances you want to go 1012 mph faster on your mountain bike can go 34 mph if you take your bike can go 30 mph while good road bike requires alot more effort than with riding mountain bike your bike try road lots of mountain bike the knobby tires however youll need to go distances you could then go 30 mph faster.
For short distances under 10 miles mountain bikes can go 1012 mph if you could also compromise just.
