The technology behind Giant mountain bikes make them one of the best brands in the world. World class competitions, training and leisure riding all make use of Giant bikes with the world leaders in the sport choosing Giant as their bike providers. However Giant design bikes for the most amateur of bikers as well as world class experts. Their range of kids bikes suit every level of ability.

There are two ranges of children’s bikes made by the brand. One range is designed for little children who have never ridden before. For children that have never ridden a bike before, there is a range for them. The second are for the more experienced young riders who use their bike for fun and freedom. Let’s take a look at both.

First Bike
First time riders can choose from three bikes depending on how big/old they are. Safety and fun are combined in the L’il Giant which is a tricycle in loads of colours. balance is aided with the training wheels and parents can keep some control over the bike with the back pole. The PUDD’N range comes in junior and normal size and are designed for little girls. There is a cute basket on the front, 16” wheels and removable training wheels on the original size bike. The smaller junior size features stabilisers and smaller 12” wheels. The last model in its first time rider range is Animator. Animator is like the PUDD’N range but in more boyish colours and no basket. There is a junior and original sized version available in the Animator range.

Sport Bikes
Once a child has gained more experience on their bike they can move onto the range for older children which consists of the MTX and taffy range. The MTX comes in 125 and 225 versions with the former riding on 20” wheels and having 6 speed gears. 24” wheels and 18 speed gears are used on the 225. The frame on both bikes is made from Alux aluminium technology and feature a suspension fork. The Taffy is similar to the MTX but with girl riders in mind throughout the design. The 125 has smaller wheels and fewer gears than the 225.

Your riding performance will increase with the quality of Giant mountain Bikes. You will like your child using a bike because it keeps them fit and they will have so much fun on them.
